This spray paint goes on clear, but under black or UV light will fluoresce black. This is used to either cover mistakes or block an object you don't want to be visible. For instance, a white cotton shirt would appear purple under UV light. But, the ClearNeon black eraser will make it look black instead. Note: spray paint cannot be shipped airmail.
