EL panels have a piece of "male" Velcro on their back that attaches to the corresponding piece on the shirt. The EL driver/battery pack's power cord plugs into each panel and threads through the buttonhole. The battery pack slips into a sewn-to-fit cloth pocket hidden on the inside of each shirt.
Please note that the driver/battery pack does not come with the extra panels. the extra panels are for people that have E-shirts.
