Please Note: The valve on the Flashing LED Balloons is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply and your mouth. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. OUR BALLOONS CAN BE INFLATED BY MOUTH UNLIKE OUR COMPETITORS.
