Regular nail polish base has glow powder mixed in.  Will glow for 1 to 2 hours on your nails after being exposed to sunlight, houselight or black (ultraviolet) light.  Nearly transparent, it will work great as a layer on top of your favorite regular nail polish, which can be seen right through it.  Since the glow powder makes this polish a bit expensive, we recommend a clear topcoat above it to make sure it lasts a good long while on each application.  Shake well before use.  Available in green glow or aqua glow.
